Bilgen, who has more than 30 years of experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry, completed her undergraduate education at the Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration. Bilgen, who started her career at Pfizer, worked in different managerial positions in the same company for a long time. Afterwards, she served as Diabetes Sales and Marketing Director at Sanofi, Business Operations Director at MSD, Marketing and Sales Director at Sandoz and Cardiovascular Business Unit Director at Abbott. Figen Bilgen, who joined the Abdi İbrahim family as Marketing and Sales Director in 2017, has been serving as General Treatments Group Director since 2021.
