Assignment from Türkiye to Novartis’ Local Markets Production Group Global Director!
Filiz Gündoğmuş, Novartis Technical Operations Kurtköy Factory Director, has been appointed as the Global Head of Local Market Manufacturing & Site Head at Novartis in addition to her current role.
Filiz Gündoğmuş, who graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Chemistry in 1999, stepped into the pharmaceutical industry in 2001. After working in different positions such as Product Manager and Regulatory Specialist in various companies, Gündoğmuş started working at Novartis as the Regulatory Strategies Coordinator in 2006. Advancing her career at Novartis as Production Quality Manager, Quality Compliance Manager, Factory Quality Director, Production Unit Director and Factory Director respectively at the company’s Kurtköy factory, Gündoğmuş will continue her duty as the Global Director of the Novartis Local Markets Production Group in addition to her current role within the scope of the new assignment.
As the leader of Novartis’ Local Markets Production group, Filiz Gündoğmuş will also undertake the global management of Novartis production facilities in Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan, Russia, Algeria and Bangladesh.
